Collagenic Light

How does Red Light work?

Dr Muller Collagenic LightCollagen is a human protein made by fibroblast cells in the dermis layer of the skin. It is responsible for the optical tightness, elasticity, suppleness and brightening of the skin. Several studies indicate that during the ageing process the skin loses its ability to produce collagen. As a result, fine lines and wrinkles start to become less visible.

The Dr. Müller Collagenic Light lamps emit red light at a wavelength of 633 nanometres. Collagenic Light helps the skin to increase its production of collagen and elastin. The result is a firm skin with reduced lines, a younger appearance and healthier look.

benefits collagenic light

Renewal of Collagen and Elastin Fibres
Collagenic light reaches the deepest layer of the skin, the dermis layer, and this is the place where the production of the collagen protein takes place. Here the production of the collagen protein is activated. More collagen and elastin protein is made, which will give your skin a boost in its structural support.
